During our first visit to Swissotel living Jeddah, we were pleasantly surprised by a wonderful upgrade Thanks to Mr.Danish housekeeping manager, for making our stay extra special! We truly appreciate it. The place was very nice and location. It exceeded our expectations in every aspect - from the ambiance to the service, making our stay truly delightful and memorable. Thais, we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience.

I received an upgrade to a 1 BR Apartment, so I can't complain. The sofa and living were bigger than most flats in Asia.

The hotel staff were very professional, very polite and very friendly. Always ready to support and provide assistance. Very punctual. They guided us to all our travel needs. Very proud also to see young Saudi hospitality staff taking control and management of their hotel business. Hotel location is ideal and there are few places at walking distance if you choose not to eat at hotel. Thursday sea food night was perfect and well priced. Breakfast is wonderful. The room is very modern, spotless and elegantly decorated. Hotel corridor’s are refreshed with an amazing scent all day. Kitchenette is very useful and perfectly equipped. If you are visiting Jeddah this is the place to be. Thanks to all.

EVERYTHING!! EXCEPTIONAL!! the pool the SPA the service the friendly staff the Resturant the interior design the furniture the food all of it. hands down one of the best luxurious hotels I’ve stayed at and let me tell you what I appreciated the most as a women, they have a 2 hour window designated to females only to use their rooftop POOL SPA and gym! live that luxury life modestly and under the sun ! wow just wow. book them don’t hesitate

The staff was great. I requested a higher floor with a view and they accommodated. The view was lovely. I requested a late check and they allowed an additional 2 hours. The pool on the roof was great. And the view from the roof was great. The baked goods at breakfast were nice.

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. We easily arranged a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave before breakfast hours. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast offered many options, and everything was delicious. Especially, the doorman, Rashed, put a lot of effort into helping us, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

hotel location (interesting neighborhood with v close by cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. cleanliness of the room and all the hotel in general. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was super rich and tasty variety.
